- Who is Emmanuelle Baillard ?
- Emmanuelle Baillard is a woman of action, a brave entrepreneur, a mother of 3 young boys, who make her ambitious venture meaningful. Together with her husband, (he owns the vineyards and orchards, “we each have our own activities”, she smiles), Emmanuelle created the label ‘Nectars de Bourgogne’ from her expertise as a former oenologist. The results are nectars, syrups, sweet sauces and jams all carefully listed in her product catalog. Today her company is entering a new exciting phase of development.
- Why is she an inspiration to us?
- Emmanuelle works daily with the team she has grown from scratch, a group who also share her values. Each fruit represents one producer and symbolises their attention to very high quality product. Emmanuelle is hands on, and has learned how to use round ended scissors from her very childhood, then the secateurs to harvest the grapes.Wine has always been her passion, although this is a field not readily accessible to a woman. Today, she uses this wine-making experience to create her unique nectar juice.

- We are delighted to dive into the world of Emmanuelle, who reveals her fruit choices as the base of our gastronomically pleasures. Emmanuelle’s path is a true inspiration to the young women in our community.
