- Anita Klaiber is a young woman of Swiss origin, a product designer by profession and the mother of two mixed race girls. After having lived in the US and Hong Kong, Anita now lives in Amsterdam with her family, a city which transmits new messages every day, which translate into her new creations.

Anita is always working on ‘Things with Souls’, Christmas trees made of recycled carton, BaaBaa stuffed animals made out of the jumpers of loved ones… Listening, Sharing, Transmitting and Creating a first step for children to understanding the relation between production and consumption are the fundamental ideas of this woman of life.
- Which subjects are you going to tackle?
- One of Anita’s friends who lives in Hong Kong summarized her creativity this way ‘Your project is not only about recycling material, but prolongs the life of things that have become dear to us’.In this interview Anita will share her vision with us, as well as her first inspiration for the implementation of her products, all the while communicating her sincere enthusiasm.
